It's not all about the words though... Pictures, sounds, design and layout are vital to any web-based communication.
Just as the way we talk influences the way we think, so too do images influence the mood of a design and the integrity of a message.
Some people think in sounds, others think in pictures and it is this difference which allows different people to look at a screen in different ways.
